Stickoxide oder Stickstoffoxide
Stickoxide oder Stickstoffoxide, auch NOx abgekürzt, sind gasförmige Oxide des Stickstoffs. Stickstoffoxide bzw. deren Elemente bilden sich nur unter Energiezufuhr. Stickoxide sind giftig für die Atemwege und bilden Ozon unter Einfluss von UV-Strahlung.
